All face skin and facial feature textures must be the same resolution, either vanilla or 2K, if you mix and match it will cause the bug. This includes skin, brows, freckles, moles, scars, tattoos, cosmetics, dirt & grime, whatever. WebUPD 2: Rusty Face Fix didn't help. Neither did another texture replacer - with Oni retexture I just got same brown face but uglier. Looks like the preset wasn't intended to work with it. So now I think I will just try to install a second copy of Fallout and try installing mods one by one in attempt to figure out when the shit got fucked.
