Tried windows update, bios update,Windows format, Amd Radeon drivers update. No solution found .. Webryzen master shows my cores sleeping and CPU dropping to 50-500mhz and 0.2-0.6v but people have told me looking at ryzen master doesn't tell the whole story and it can't drop to 50mhz. there was some kind of big issue between ryzen master and HWinfo monitoring and they trust HWinfo.
